At Skin Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality services and reserving dedicated time for each client. We understand that life happens. While our policies are in place to protect our time and small business, we aim to approach each situation with fairness and understanding when possible. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.
Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable, including unused services or credits.

Membership benefits and credits are valid only during the active membership period and do not roll over.

Credits may only be used for eligible services outlined in your membership plan and cannot be applied to retail products unless otherwise specified.
Service Payments & Booking Fees

All service payments and booking fees are non-refundable.

Fees paid at the time of booking will not be applied to future services in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in:

Forfeiture of any booking fees paid

Loss of applicable membership credits for that month

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule. In these cases, refunds will not be provided.
Transfers & Sharing

Services, credits, and membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or gifted.
Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of serious medical conditions or relocation, at management’s discretion and with appropriate documentation.
